SKB Kernel Certification Grid

Each cell certifies one KernelBench elementwise kernel emitted through the BPD compiler to one backend, verified bit-identical (0 ULP) against the PyTorch oracle on real hardware. Green = certified from the deployed emitter, with provenance. The metered climb: pending → bronze → silver → gold. Gold = 0 ULP + fully robust. Silver = 0 ULP, robustness pending. Bronze = close (≤4 ULP). Grey = not yet measured. The PyTorch column is the reference baseline, not a kernel under test.
